Find your solace. Step into your strength.

For anyone who has been carrying too much for too long and is looking to feel like themselves again. Whether you are managing a health challenge, navigating a major life change, or simply know that something needs to shift — this is a space built for that work.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
— Carl Rogers

At Solace Align, we don’t focus on fixing people or forcing change.

Instead, we work collaboratively to help individuals create the conditions that support meaningful, lasting progress.

Because sustainable change doesn't come from pressure. It comes from aligning what matters most with how you live.

Your nervous system is your body's command center. It regulates your heart rate, your thoughts, your emotions, and how you respond to everything happening around you and within you.

When the nervous system becomes overwhelmed, those responses can feel out of your control. You may find yourself feeling anxious, shut down, or genuinely wanting to change but your mind and body will not cooperate.

When your nervous system feels safer, everything else tends to follow.

What we believe about change

You are the only expert on your own life. We start there, with what you know, what you feel, and what actually matters to you.

Your body and your mind are always in conversation with each other. Real progress happens when both are part of the work, not just one.

You don't have to figure this out alone. Having someone in your corner, someone who is genuinely there, changes what becomes possible.

Our Client-Centered Approach

This work is guided by you.

Our approach integrates:

  • A collaborative, strengths-based approach that helps you uncover your own reasons to change and not someone else's

  • Values-based tools to help you get clear on what matters to you and keep moving even when life gets hard

  • Evidence-based strategies to help you build habits that actually stick in your real everyday life

You are the one who:

  • Defines what matters

  • Identifies meaningful goals

  • Chooses the direction forward

Our role is to help clarify, structure, and support that process.

Progress is not forced; it is built.

Rather than relying on pressure or willpower alone, we focus on the following:

  • Identifying personally meaningful goals

  • Breaking goals into steps that actually feel doable

  • Building consistency through repeated success

  • Refining and shaping progress over time as capacity grows

This process builds momentum in a way that is practical, personal, and sustainable.

As momentum builds, alignment strengthens.

As alignment strengthens, following through stops feeling like a fight.

Our Method

Our work is informed by HeartMath Institute research on the heart and nervous system. Through this work, clients begin to

  • Notice when their nervous system is overwhelmed and understand why

  • Use their heart rate as a real time guide for managing stress and emotion

  • Move from feeling anxious or shut down to feeling calm and clear

  • Build the kind of inner steadiness that carries into everyday life

When appropriate, sessions include biofeedback tools so you can see your heart rate variability in real time and watch your nervous system settle.

This supports the foundation for everything else:

Find your solace → Embrace the change → Step into your strength → Begin your becoming

Who We Support

At Solace Align, we meet you where you are. We specialize in the health and wellness of adolescents and women, and we warmly welcome parents and caregivers of all backgrounds who are showing up for a young person in their life. You know your teen better than anyone. And lately, something feels off.

  • Getting overwhelmed by emotions they don't know how to name

  • Struggling under school pressure or social expectations

  • Starting things but having a hard time following through

  • Feeling stressed, uncertain, or low on confidence in their day to day life

Adults

You have been holding it together for everyone. But somewhere along the way, you got left off your own list.

  • Giving everything to everyone else with nothing left for yourself

  • Managing a chronic condition or supporting a child through one

  • Feeling exhausted and disconnected from yourself

  • Navigating a major life transition like returning to work, empty nest, or starting over

  • Knowing what you need to do and still struggling to do it

  • Going through hormonal shifts that affect your mood, energy, or focus

What Becomes Possible

  • A greater sense of calm and clarity

  • Decisions that reflect who you are and what you value

  • A steadiness that carries into every area of your life

  • For teens, more ease with school pressure, better communication at home, and balance across everyday demands

You are not pushed or directed.

You are supported in building a path that reflects what matters to you and in taking the steps that make that path sustainable.
